The Miami Center for Racial Justice, working with social studies teachers from the Miami-Dade County Public School System, developed over twenty black history lesson plans for the public-school system covering all levels of education.

The Center plans to continue in this activity with a view towards developing and sharing black history lesson plans with other school districts in Florida and the country. The lesson plans are available to students and teachers on dunnhistory.com and are included here.
